Read each one and tick it. In the real product a guest also types their name, and each item is recorded on its own — never as a single "I agree to everything".

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the balcony.
  • No parties or events. The registered guest count is the number of people staying.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Welcome to Pacific Haven

Your stay runs from Fri, 12 Mar 2027 to Tue, 16 Mar 2027. This page is yours for the whole of it — the arrival details, the building rules, and everything about the apartment are here, on one link, on your phone.

Arrival & Directions

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and checkout is 10:00 am. From the airport it is roughly forty minutes by car, longer on a Friday.

  1. Follow the coast road north and turn inland at the second set of lights.
  2. The residents’ gate is the left-hand lane. The visitor lane queues.
  3. Park in space 2B under the building.
  4. Take the lift to the second floor and turn right.

Community Rules

Pacific Haven sits inside Pacific Haven Residences, which has its own rules on top of the apartment’s. They are the building’s, not the host’s, and they apply to every unit.

A community manager can issue a fine to the unit for a breach, which is why they are worth two minutes of your time.

The router is in the hall cupboard. If the signal drops, switch it off at the wall for thirty seconds and back on.

Parking

One assigned space comes with the unit. It is marked 2B and sits under the building, on the left as you drive in.

A second car can use the visitor row by the pool gate, first come first served.

The Apartment & The Building

Bedrooms
Two — one queen, one twin
Bathrooms
One and a half
Sleeps
Four
Kitchen
Full, with dishwasher, coffee maker and a decent knife
Laundry
Washer and dryer in the hall cupboard
Air conditioning
Split unit in each bedroom
Building
Pool, gym, outdoor shower, bike store

Beach kit

Towels, four chairs, two boards and a cool box are in the cupboard by the front door. Rinse the sand off at the outdoor shower by the pool gate rather than in the bath.

Rubbish and recycling

The chute is by the lift on every floor. Glass and cardboard go to the bins in the car park — the chute jams on both.

Safety & Emergencies

Fire extinguisher
Kitchen, under the sink
First aid kit
Hall cupboard, top shelf
Water shut-off
Behind the panel in the utility cupboard
Fire exit
Stairwell at the end of the corridor, not the lift

Smoke alarms are in both bedrooms and the hall. If one chirps it needs a battery, not removing.

Checking Out

Checkout is 10:00 am. There is no need to strip the beds or run the dishwasher on your way out.

  1. Put used towels in the tub.
  2. Bag any rubbish and drop it in the chute by the lift.
  3. Close the windows and the balcony door.
  4. Set the air conditioning to 78°F.
  5. Leave the key card on the kitchen counter and pull the door shut behind you.

Local Recommendations

Coffee and breakfast

The Blue Kettle opens at six and does the best breakfast within walking distance. Cash is quicker than the card machine.

Dinner

Groceries

Harbour Market is ten minutes on foot for basics. The larger supermarket is a short drive south and worth it for a full shop.
