Guest Portal is software for organizing, presenting, verifying, and recording owner-provided or manager-provided short-term rental stay information.

Guest Portal is not a property manager, HOA manager, booking platform, travel agency, security company, lock provider, emergency service, legal advisor, tax advisor, insurance provider, safety inspector, compliance service, or guest screening service.

Owners and managers remain responsible for:

• Property operations
• Community operations
• Safety and maintenance
• Legal compliance
• Taxes, permits, insurance, and disclosures
• Booking-platform obligations
• HOA rules, bylaws, and enforcement authority
• Guest communications
• Emergency response
• Accuracy and completeness of information
• Creating, rotating, revoking, and managing access credentials
• Deciding when access information should be shown, changed, withheld, or removed
• Enforcing rules and responding to violations

Guest Portal may help display owner-managed access details when configured release conditions are satisfied. Guest Portal does not generate lock or gate codes, operate locks, control access hardware, monitor property access, provide physical security, or replace property security practices.

Guest Portal does not guarantee that guests will read, understand, acknowledge, remember, or follow information provided through the Service. Guest Portal does not verify the accuracy, legality, completeness, or enforceability of owner-provided or manager-provided content.
